Agreement to Terms

By submitting content ("User Content") you grant Alpine Minimal Studio a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the User Content as necessary to provide the requested services. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in materials, designs, code, and content created by Alpine Minimal Studio and delivered as part of paid services are owned by Alpine Minimal Studio unless otherwise agreed in a written service agreement. Upon full payment and subject to the terms of any applicable agreement, we will grant you the rights specified in that agreement.
